Learn and practice the ALOHA values

Learn ALOHA, one roll at a time.

Start by learning the five values. Roll the die, recall the value, then reveal its name and meaning. When you are ready, switch to Practice Mode to apply the values to real situations.

Your first roll: learn one value

No experience needed. Start in Teaching Mode and use the same die throughout.

  1. Roll: Select “Roll the die” below.
  2. Remember: Look at the symbol and guess which ALOHA value it represents. If you roll △, try to name all five.
  3. Reveal: Select “Reveal value” to check the name and meaning. Roll again to practice.

When you feel ready, choose Practice Mode to reflect on a real-life situation and one action you can take.

Roll the die, try to recall the ALOHA value, then reveal its name and meaning.

The ALOHA Pause

The triangle represents ALOHA as an integrated whole. When it appears, pause and recall all five values before responding. It does not represent Lōkahi alone.
