Website guidance is the current reference point
Share Aloha Now is still developing. The web pages above reflect the current single-die learning and practice direction. Downloadable PDFs are versioned support materials and should remain consistent with the current web guidance.
Printable downloads
The current downloadable set includes six maintained v3 PDFs. Open or download each file and print at 100% scale on US Letter paper unless your printer requires fit-to-page.
Use the current versions
The v3 resources are the current downloadable set. They reflect the single-die method, Teaching Mode and Practice Mode, Ak / Ah distinction, the triangle as the ALOHA Pause, and the current reflection questions. Replace earlier v1 or v2 files with the corresponding v3 download above.
Which resource should I use?
Learning for yourself
Start with Learn and Practice Online. Use the Participant Quick Start and One-Page Symbol Guide as simple references.
Preparing to facilitate
Practice the method yourself first. Then review the Facilitator Guide, Cultural Grounding, and Facilitator Packet before guiding others.
Workplace or organization
Use the Workplace Scenario Pack after participants understand the basic method and values.
Education, community, or family
Choose the scenario pack that best fits the setting, then use one manageable situation at a time.
Start with the values.
Learn the five ALOHA values, build recall, try the practice yourself, and use the deeper resources as your practice grows.
